PURCHASED AN ITEM ON 11/11 WITH DELIVERY OF 11/19-11/23. CRAZY TRACKING INFO, NON DELIVERY AND ITEM IS NO LONGER NEEDED. MULTIPLE EMAILS WITH SELLER AND THEY KEEP PUSHING BACK DELIVERY DATE. NOW THEY'RE ASKING ME TO JUST REFUSE THE ITEM THEY'VE RESENT FOR A REFUND.
EXACTLY HOW AM I SUPPOSED T O REFUSE A DELIVERED ITEM TO MY MAILBOX IN THE MIDDLE OF A WORKDAY?

Stop emailing the seller and go to the order.
In the dropdown, choose that you didn't receive the item.
Seller will have to respond to the claim with tracking showing delivery or you can return to the claim in 4 days to have ebay step in.
