I was one of the people who was auto opted in for the Caramel service and have found a problem. THEY DO NOT ALLOW A DEPOSIT. The deposit deters customers from buying and never following through. I was in contact with ebay and nothing was working
BUT I HAVE FOUND A WORK AROUND!!!!! Download the eBay motors app and you are able to add the deposit and caramel is no longer an option
