ANY WAY TO GET DIRECTLY TO "CHAT"  WITHOUT JUMPING THROUGH HOOPS THAT HAVE NO RELATION TO A QUESTION I HAVE ? ANY WAY TO CONTACT EBAY VIA EMAIL WITH COMMENTS/SUGGESTIONS ?

ISSUE IS THAT WHEN LISTING A CD, THE USUAL MEANS OF IDENTIFYING IT IS IN THE MAIN TITLE, WITH ARTIST AND CD TITLE INCLUDED. TO COMPLETE LISTING ONE IS REQUIRED TO RE-ENTER IN THE "ITEM'S SPECIFICS" SECTION. IT CAN'T BE DONE MANUALLY, AND ONE MUST SCAN THROUGH 100s OF NAMES AND TITLES, NONE OF WHICH MATCH THE ACTUAL LISTING.
