My eBay Id is in Below Standard since 2 months and didn't get free listings on US site, without free listings I can't list my items on US, I had mail my manager many times but he told me that list maximum items on your Id to convert Below Standard to Above Standard, but without free listings eBay charge 0.30$ per listing, please help me to bring in this critical situation.

What has caused your account to go Below Standard?

You need to find out exactly what caused this so you can try to work your way out of it.  The Penalty fees for being below standard will add up quickly, so resolving what cause the issue is extremely important.

If you need to list things you may have to raise pricing to cover the extra costs right now until you figure out and fix whatever has happened.
