My auctions are set to "Does not accept returns". How long do buyers have to claim defects?

Hello,

I am wondering how long after a buyer receives an item that has a return policy of "Does not accept returns" to claim that the item is defective or does not match description which allows them to return it? When can I stop worrying about the item coming back? I recently had an item returned as defective, but it was not at all defective, it was user error.

Buyers have 30 days to file a Return Request.
