My active bids are not showing up on the bids and offers page all that is there are the offers my watch list is also empty

Are you viewing your bids on your Summary page?

My bids and offers page is only showing offers there are no bids and there are no failed bids on the didn't win page only old offers

If you are using a mobile browser and having problems still, scroll to the bottom of the screen and select the "classic" site version of the page and you should be able to see your bids.
