Hello:

my account is suspended for an unpaid item in the past 12 months.  I cannot find an unpaid item in my history. When I chose the “Assistant” for help it showed 2 items that I did purchase. I can buy but not bid. I cannot find the message showing steps I need to take to resolve the issue in my email. Help!

Ebay takes action when a buyer has 2 unpaid purchases.

You will need to wait until the 2 unpaid item strikes age off of your account.
