I was sent a message that my account has been suspended for suspicious activity. It's probably because I had a buyer ask to cancel a purchase and my cancelation request didn't register and it shows that I never shipped. Ebay automatically canceled the transaction after 5 days and the buyer got a refund, but it still shows as an active sale.
I was told to reply to Ebay providing details, but fter i did, I received an email back saying that the address doesn't accept mail and that I wouldn't get a response. I was referred to the help center, but that doesn't do me any good. I can't actually talk to anyone to provide any details and the chat is useless.
Has anyone gone through this that can give me advice on how to get the restriction removed on my account?

Go this page>
Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
