My 'Tracking uploaded on time and validated' is in error. It's listed below 60% & really in 90%'s

Out of almost 50 sales, only 2 or 3 were entered a day late. 

It's hard to see how this was miscalculated.

When you say "almost" 50 and only 2 "or" 3, that makes me think you aren't looking at the transactions eBay is measuring. When you look at your Dashboard metric, you'll see exactly how many transactions are being counted in the evaluation period and exactly how many were not uploaded on time AND validated by the carrier.

To find out which transactions eBay is counting, click the down arrow next to your percentage to see more detail, and then click See full report to view the transactions that missed the mark.
