My Return was not honored aa posted by Selleelr and Ebay. My item arrived super late and it did not

The item did not fit. It seemed to have been shrinked or mislabeled as an adult size when in fact it was like a child's size. It  clearly states Seller pays for returns but Ebay gave me a partial refund excluding my Shipping costs. Ebay did not honor the contract or me as a Buyer
