My order from seller contains 4 items. The order did not arrive by the stated date of Oct 29, 2024. I have since submitted a request to seller for refund.
However, I was only able to submit a refund request for 2 out of the 4 items in my order. Ebay is blocking me from submitting for the other 2 items with message prompt; "You cannot open a request for this item."
