Hi all, I brought on an employee last Thursday. She had no issue accepting the invite or logging on and doing listings. Yesterday she got a not authorized to view message. We tried emptying cache and cookies, using 3 different browsers, incognito. nothing worked. I cancelled and resent a new invite. She accepted and was sent to the same error message. Chatted with customer service, no help. Reinstated her this morning, same problem. She is very tech savvy so I have trouble believing it's her not "hitting the right button" plus she had done it for a week. If anybody has an idea please let me know before I go back to CS. Thanks

@sboyer13 I don't think that any of the Mentors that can post on this board use MUAA
