I purchased a laser from xtool that arrived damaged. After two months the deemed it damaged (shocker) and offered me a full refund. The told me to communicate via the customer support and if they are using ebay all communication should be on that platform for documentation and history. The refunded me the money minus the $80 tax but did it via PayPal and not eBay. So, now I can't leave them a review, I can't put in a refund request, I can't get someone from eBay SUPPOR TO HELP ME and I am stuck. I realize now I should have kept all communication on eBay but does it matter if you can only talk to a stupid AI bot that can't figure out what you need or assist you properly. I have spent now 2 weeks trying to figure out how to get this resolved. Terrible experience with seller and on eBay's site over all. After this I doubt I will ever come back!

If it has been more than 30 days past the estimated date of delivery, Ebay will not be able to help you. Ebay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers is valid for 30 days from estimated date of delivery.
