Media Mail

When I'm selling items , the labels provided continue to be a "Media Mail" shipping option, which is not applicable to my store. I can not find where I have that listed as a shipping option, nor can I figure out how to remove the option. Does anyone know how to remove this option from my store?

Shipping options are not tied to your store.  Shipping options are selected as you list an item.  Or if you use business policies, it is part of the policy and can be edited there.

I looked at your current listings and they all show Fed Ex Ground or UPS Ground shipping.  Where are you seeing Media Mail?  You can always change it when you create the listing if the shipping is somehow defaulting to Media Mail.
