So I got a hat on here . Like everything else money came off the card . An email came it the it’s here .never showed up .I can’t find it in history . Tracking or any where on here . Bin trying to contact someone. But the stupid loops to no one .now looking for a person to talk about this is this the place?

Did you perhaps purchase it as a guest? If so, you will need to find the confirmation email that Ebay sent when you purchased the item.
