Making an offer..credit card automatically charged

Hello,

When I "make an offer" on an item, if it is accepted by the seller, my credit card is being automatically charged for the item including shipping. Is there a way you can change this? The reason I am asking, if I am making several offers on different items for auction from the same seller, I am being charged for shipping on each individual item when the seller accepts my offer. Anyone have a solution for this? Please help:) Thanks

Before you make any offers to a seller that you wish to purchase several items from, contact the seller and ask nicely if they opted into the Auto Pay option.  If so, could they opt out, because you want to make several offers and get a discount for combined shipping.  However, the Make Offer is only for item price.  Buyer is still charged for the shipping as stated on the listing.  However, the seller can combine the purchases and send a partial refund.
