Mailing using large envelope

I see that a large envelope can be used when looking at the shipping calculator say a 1.89, but when I post that option is not available.  prompts me for USPS Priority Package rates.

How do I see USPS large envelope rates?

Mailing using large envelope

eBay labels support packages with tracking, but not letters that normally use postage stamps.  eBay will show first class letter rates on the calculator, but eBay won't print a letter label (with the exception of eBay's proprietary Standard Envelope). eBay will print labels for package services or for priority envelopes, which all include tracking.

First class letters are available to 3.5 ounces, and first class flats are available to 13 ounces. They are not zone based, have no tracking, and no eBay labels. To select that option, choose Flat rate shipping and "First class mail" when creating the listing. Enter the shipping amount or offer free shipping. Add stamps to your package or take to the Post Office to purchase a postage label.

First class packages are zone based and eBay labels with tracking are available up to 15.99 ounces. Packages must be at least 6" x 3" and at least 1/4" thick. Sellers will add a sheet of bubbles to get to the proper thickness or will use bubble mailers.

USPS priority letters are also available through eBay labels.
