Mahomes card listings

Why does Ebay delay the listing of Mahomes cards?  For some reason it takes a day or so for Mahomes cards to show up but other cards are just about immediate - this has happened several times now.

It can take up to 24 hours for a listing to go through the queue to be searchable. If you revise the listing, it goes to the back of the line to start all over again.
