Help!
My account was recently suspended last week, Nov 15th. Multiple items were delisted, including those auctions with active bids, my available funds are on indefinite hold & the only information I received was to fully upload tracking to all of my old items sold (which was done last week).

- We have credited all associated fees except for payments processing fees and the final value fee for your listing(s).

- Provide proof of delivery for all of the items you sold on eBay by uploading tracking. Track items you've sold.

I have already done as requested, and uploaded tracking to everything, but I cannot respond to the original message eBay sent per their instructions, because it states users cannot email this address. I’ve tried to follow up with eBay representatives but they’ve all said the same thing, that they “will forward the information for me, on my behalf” but each time I’ve called since then, I’m told there has been no email submitted.
At this point things are starting to feel hopeless. Ebay is essentially holding my funds hostage, and there doesn’t seem to be anything I can do to have the money returned to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
