My phone crashed and I wasn’t able to use eBay acct and checked out as guest buying a replacement phone. I overspent on what I thought was an iPhone 12 Pro Max. It came as a different color and was just a 12. Now I couldn’t bought a brand new updated phone for this price. I can’t even report it because I cannot see the order or tracking as it has disappeared when I click the link. I don’t know how to contact them or eBay regarding this matter since it is not under my account.
