Looked at the negative and neutral feedback of a product that I bought through eBay

I would like to get some feedback from other people who have issues from getting your products from a seller and keeps leading you on. What have you guys done in the past to prevent this from happening in the future and why after you read a bunch of negative and neutral feedback, which shows basically the seller is a jerk and poor customer service. How can eBay give this guy a great rating don’t they read the feedback themselves it sucks but I’m seriously thinking about deleting my eBay account and I have bought thousands of dollars of a lot of different products, and I might just have the strictly use Amazon  and it’s not like they’re much better but at least I always get a callback or an email stating as to try to resolve my issues when it comes to not receiving the item that you ordered

Re: Looked at the negative and neutral feedback of a product that I bought through eBay

Thank you for responding back to me eBay had closed the case because they said that the seller prove that it was delivered on January 4 but we never received anything. In fact I have a camera right here in the front of the house and don’t have anything dates stamped for thatno deliveries on that day and anyway I’m trying to get eBay to show me some correspondence between UPS and the seller to show where that they delivered this well thank you very much and I’m sure it’ll get resolved by eBay thank again

Re: Looked at the negative and neutral feedback of a product that I bought through eBay

Hi @leatherpapin209

Feedback is an opinion of the transaction posted by other buyers. It's not used to measure a seller - eBay has other measurement requirements. It's up to YOU to review a seller's feedback before you make a decision to  buy.

It sounds as if you have not received an order. There is a link on most every listing to eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Here's what to do...

When it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

Don't allow a seller to lead you on. Just follow the process.

Hi @leatherpapin209

You will need to get written confirmation from UPS stating that the package was address to someone else and delivered there to use with an appeal.
