I have an item that is too big for shipping so I have it marked as a local pickup only. Someone in another country purchased the item, which added another fee to me, and he let me know to pack it in a box so it won't get damaged when his shipping people pick it up and ship it off to him. How can someone purchase local pickup when they arent picking up local? If I had a box big enough then I would have offered it to be shipped. I couldn't find any policy stating what you get for purchasing local pick up to refer to when responding to this buyer.
