We have been selling on eBay from Thailand for 7 years. We sell organic potting mixes and organic fertilizers. Recently eBay has started deleting our listings because they inaccurately describe them as pesticides, which are not allowed on eBay. We have pointed out to them time and time again that these are not pesticides, they are organic plant foods. Each time they reply that they are pesticides. Last time they replied they even claimed that fertilizers are not allowed on eBay. But this is clearly not the case as there are over a thousand listings from around the world. We had our listings restricted for 3 days. Then because we didn't remove our listings they restricted us for 7 days. Now for 10 days. And our listings have been reduced from nearly 400 to only 70. It seems sure that we will have no listings and no business very soon. And now I cannot even reply to eBay to try to get them to see sense as the email contact seems to have disappeared. We are at our wits end. Any ideas?
