Listings displaying wrong and descriptions disappeared

I noticed a couple of days ago that several of my listings are displaying incorrectly or the descriptions have disappeared completely.   I have not revised any of them to do this.   It seems to be random and I also noticed that it has happened to some other sellers as well.   In some cases the description is either completely missing or is only displaying about an inch wide on the far left of the page.  I don't seem to be able to find a way to get in touch with ebay for help.  They don't make it easy when it appears to be a problem on their end, not mine.  Very frustrating as now I will have to go through every listing and completely redo the descriptions unless ebay fixes it on their own.  Help!

Try viewing your listings in another browser first.

This appears to be an issue for some users using Firefox. Refreshing the page may allow the page to load correctly.

It seems to be an intermittent problem for some users. Not every Firefox user has this problem with every listing.

I would not advise redoing your listings as that is unlikely to affect things on your buyers' end.
