Listings Quality Report – When does this option appear?

Hi eBay Community,

I recently noticed the "Listings quality report" button under the Performance → Traffic section (screenshot attached). I’m trying to figure out under what conditions this option becomes available.

Does this feature require:

1. A specific subscription plan (e.g., eBay Store type)?
2. A certain seller level (e.g., Top Rated Seller, Above Standard)?
3. A minimum number of sales or feedback?
4. Or is it tied to another performance metric?

Any insights or clarification would be greatly appreciated!
