That depends on the listing format:
-Buy it now - Good til cancelled listings automatically relist the same day each month. They will keep doing that until the item sells or the listings ie Ended by the Seller. Ended listings are moved to the Unsold file where they will remain for 90 days OR until the Seller Relists them OR the Seller deletes them
-Auction listings: the durations for Auctions are 1, 3, 5, 7 or 10 days. I believe new accounts that use the mobile app have their Auctions relist automatically 8 times. I've never seen that so when my Auctions end after one duration period I manually Relist them but I use a PC not the phone app plus my account is not new.
