Listing w 2nd ship option

I cannot see how to add a second option for shipping on listing page... or the free local pick-up option.

If you’re using the quick listing form, click more options in the bottom of the shipping section to add local pickup. If you click change service in the shipping box, I believe you can select more than 1 service.
