I have read how to on the eBay help pages, watched several tutorials about listing variations on youTube, but when I do as is suggested, I have no luck. The tab that says "Variations" just won't show up on my listing page no matter how I try listing. I have tried with Create a new listing, then clicked on Single listing, chosen a category etc. Nothing will bring up the "Variations" tab. Can someone please help. I can't seem to get the phone number to call eBay for help to show up either. I've sold variations some other time in my 20 years of using eBay, but now it doesn't seem to work.

Variations are only available in certain categories. You may be trying to list in a category that doesn’t support variations.

I am trying to list vintage glass tumblers that are all the same size, but there are different pictures of dog breeds on them.

In case you didn't get my reply, I'm listing vintage glass tumblers. They are all the same size, but each has a different dog breed picture on them. Also, saw that on the new listing page which they have me using, someone said to go to the 3 dots next to the question mark at the top of the page and click on settings. It said the drop down would show that variations could be turned on or off, but it didn't show up on settings either.

Yes, I saw that. My category is Collectibles, Vintage, retro or Mid Century. I believe that should be included, but I'll check again.

I finally had an eBay rep call me. We found an odd category, but the variations tab finally showed up. Thanks.
