Listing refund ebay motors

I listed a car on ebay motors and the buyer never paid.  0 feedback buyer that has only been an ebay member for a month.  I also had the car listed on facebook marketplace and while waiting for the ebay buyer to pay someone from marketplace came and bought the car.   The ebay buyer will not even communicate with me and it has been a week.   Can I get a refund for the ebay listing?
