Trying to list an item and I keep getting an error that says I am registered overseas?
In order to further improve the security of the trading environment, all users who register accounts on overseas eBay websites or change their registration information to overseas regions are required to pass additional authentication steps. You will need to provide eBay with additional information to verify your registration information.
All of my personal info seems to be correct on my account. Anyone know how to fix this?
