Listing error resultng in a fee.

How do i get ebay to correct a fee charged?  I made a mistake on my listing resulting in a fee.  I have since corrected the mistake but they are still charging the fee.  Is there anyway to get a correction?  There seems to be only robots working at ebay.

Revising a listing that incurred an insertion fee does not result in a credit for the difference between the insertion fee charged and what it would have been had you used the revised options instead.  (But if the options you revised to would have resulted in a higher insertion fee, that is charged.)  You owe the original fee.

What kind of a mistake?  If you had an upgrade, such as a bold title, those are charged at listing and are not refunded if you remove it.  You can try asking customer service for a courtesy refund - it can't hurt to ask.

To speak to customer service, follow the instructions on this page to work through the automated assistant to request a call back - select agent when it is an option -

I think all of your items have either the wrong quantity, or the titles are wrong.  Your listings say 3 pair (or 4 pair) and then 3 ( or 4) available.  The way you have them listing, it means you have 3 x 3 = 9 pair for every listing that is 3, 16 for the one that is 4 pair.

If you really do have 3 lots of 3 per listing, you should make each lot a different listing - when items are used, you want to show buyers the exact items they are going to receive.
