I am just beginning to create an eBay store for the first time. I have constructed my store categories. There are no items within the categories yet.
If I edit an item listing and assign it to the store category, will I be charged am insertion fee for revising the listing?
Is there a better way to populate my store categories with pre-existing item listings that avoid revision-related insertion fees?
