Lego or not Lego

I have a question. We recently bought a minifigure that said it was Lego. When I expand the 'About the Item', it says BRAND- LEGO. It's not Lego though. They said that they can't change that it says Lego for the 'brand' because it's 'hardwired'. Is this true or are they being a little dishonest?Thanks.

They lied to sell an illegal counterfeit item.   Open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, counterfeit. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
