Leaving feedback

I was going to leave positive feedback for a seller, but the comment box was already filled in and I couldn't delete it and use my own words. What gives?

This is supposedly a new "enhancement" that Ebay has implemented with which Ebay members are having difficulty.

The prefilled text is just an example. Place your cursor at the very beginning of the prefilled text and start typing your own comment. The prefilled comment will disappear.
