I'm going to be as concise as possible.
I'm asking for input so I might understand what is going on with my promotion. Last night I picked 27 of the oldest items to put up for a Labor Day Sale. The dates of the sale 1 sept 6:00am to 4 Sept 11.30PM, 25% off. 27 items chosen.
This morning 3am. I checked my promotion, just to double check that all was good with it. I saw a caution from eBay that read: Item ID's do not match any active items.
Ok, leaving that window open, I opened my eBay home page>Manage Active Listings" entered the item numbers in question and the items returned as active. I continued with all 27 listings numbers, and all came back as active except 3. These 3 showed "0" results. As the items numbers were returned, I then ended each listing.
Back to the home page>Unsold and Not Relisted 27 listings are present.
I've now paused the sale.
My question? What happened? Why do these item numbers show as active and eBay software says they are not? This isn't the first time. I have held other sales with zero results.
Has anyone experienced this as well? Is there even an answer? A fix?
