Is anyone else having major problems shipping Internationally with eBay's Ascend International Service. My items keep getting returned and I have now a high rate of items not received. I have been sending the same items out for years and never had a problem since most of the products are essential oils or bath waters made with essential oils and distilled water. Now they get returned and marked Hazardous.
I am out postage and product so much now that I removed my International listings, but am still getting penalized for items not received
