Item was returned to me because invalid address.

So an item i sold was returned to me by the shipping carrier  stating return to sender non deliverable as address unable to forward.  I've reached out to buyer multiple times and no response.  Not sure what to do at this point. Has anyone ever had this happen?

You need to cancel the transaction for the reason "problem with buyer's address".

1. Go to Orders in Seller Hub or in My eBay
2. Find the order you want to cancel, and from More actions, select Cancel order.
3. Choose a reason for the cancellation and then select Submit to finish.

I need to give refund before I do this. Also it's very weird because item claims it was delivered but I have it.

When you cancel a transaction the refund will be automatic.
