Hi - I sold an International item and it has been stuck at the Hub according to tracking for weeks. The buyer has reached out to me and said he is unable to open a item not received ticket and when I try and contact eBay about it I just get caught in some looping on the chat session that goes no where. How can I reach customer support?

Once the hub receives and processes the shipment, it gets a new international tracking #. Look at the tracking for the item and you should find the second tracking # there.
