I'm a long time seller and I'm trying to help a friend with an issue. Her order showed delivered, she's in a condo and couldn't find it in her lobby. Contacted seller and he sent out another. Once again it showed delivered but she couldn't find it. She called UPS to see if they could confirm it was delivered to her building. They told her one was addressed and delivered to an office building a few miles away. The other was addressed and delivered to a residence a few miles away. She submitted a request for an item not received and it was denied. Kind of at a loss as to what she should do at this point. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
