Item on sale not as its description

Hi, I'm looking for a diagnostic tool and I found this eBay item number 295192384542 but there are inconsistencies between "Item Specifics" on "Description", "Brand : LAUNCH", "Supported System : ABS, DPF, EPB, SAS, SRS, TPMS" and the informations, a little further, on the seller's page are completely differents "Brand : U'KING", Feature only to check engine, no more !

This misleads the buyer, thinking of buying a LAUNCH, with world-renowned performance, when he will have bought an unknown brand with only a basic use.

I was tricked in this way during a purchase and I want to alert Ebay to these somewhat fraudulent ways of certain sellers in order to protect the buyers, your customers.

Sellers from China re well know to trick buyers this way. 

The BEST thing to do is NOT buy from them.

Since you already did then follow through with the item not as described claim. Don't let the seller trick you any longer.

No, not for this item, I know that it is a copy and not performed.

Why Ebay won't let us notify them when we come across these scam sellers !? They are waiting for the buyer to launch a request but it is often too late as was my case, the cost of international transport to certain countries being at our expense and non-refundable it would amount to losing a lot more.

The seller is in Hong Kong selling Chinese product that may be warehoused in the US.

You can report the listing using the "report" option within the listing.

When reporting the listing, select these options:
1. Listing practices
2. Search and browse manipulation
3. Misusing a brand name
4. "Continue" to open Comment box and say that the item specifics show a name brand and many features, while the description shows a lesser brand with few features.
