Ebay is a fraud

A seller never returned my item which was an iPhone. Ebay allowed the seller to rip me off with there tucked up fraudulent returned policy. It you noticed with Ebay there is no customer service representative contact number. Ebay is a fraudulent company here to rip the consumer off. I received an email from Ebay stating that they will put my account into collection if I don't pay their monthly fees. Iam going to report Ebay to the better business Bureau and then sue Ebay for $10 million for fraudulent membership and practices to defraud the customer.

Do you mean that the BUYER did not return the item?

If the buyer filed a Return Request, did you respond to the request and provided a prepaid return shipping label in order for the buyer to ship the item back to you for a refund?

There is no reason to report/sue Ebay if you did not respond correctly to the buyer's Return Request.

Edited to add: Since this transaction appears to have occurred more than 30 days ago, Ebay cannot help you.

I am going to sue ebay and report them to the better business for a full investigation. I followed all protocols and Ebay choose to believe the buyer that she returned the item when she didn't all has been documented. I will be seeking all legal representation in this matter every month they want to charge my account $55 and them telling me that their referring my account to collections for non payment in no wait would I want to be a member to a corrupt and fraudulent company such as ebay
