Havent received an item bought on eBaY. Seller added a tracking number from a courier called LAX Carriers which is not recognized by eBay and nothing shows up on the tracking history, so there is no estimated delivery date nor nothing else. I have opened an item not received case, seller added a message saying it has been delivered and added the tracking number which obviously shows nothing on eBay. The so called LAX Carriers page allows you to enter the tracking number it shows it has been delivered and signed by me, though I have not signed anything as I am not even in the US and nobody at our warehouse received anything at the day it claimed to have been delivered. We have CCTV footage etc showing nobody that day. I have asked for proof of delivery several times but seller does not respond, the carriers page has no phone numberm their address leads to the middle of an airport parking lot, so this makes me believe it doesnt exist. eBay says give the seller 3 days to respond ad then you will see a button Ask eBay to step in. Its been 2 weeks since its open and I do not have such option, time is ticking and the case will probably will be closed due to inactivity. Is there a way to ask eBay for help as its 700$+ and I will have to buy the same part elswhere as clients car is still unfinished, thanks for help

Check the status of your case, and, if appropriate, ask eBay to step in here:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-step-help-buyers?id=4701
If you open an "item not received" case with eBay within thirty days of the last estimated delivery date shown at the time of your original purchase, if the seller does not provide tracking that shows delivery you should be able to ask eBay to step in three business days after starting the case, for up to twenty-one business days.
If tracking shows delivery, but nothing arrives, contact the shipping service to determine if the tracking corresponds to a delivery to your address.
If you can obtain hard copy documentation that the tracking does not correspond to a delivery to your address, contact eBay via social media and explain that you have a case of "false tracking" and you should be given the opportunity to provide your documentation to eBay via direct message. This is different than the usual "item not received" case which is handled automatically and which allows the seller to win by providing tracking that shows delivery.
You can avoid many issues entirely by choosing to only do business with experienced sellers that have a proven track record of delivering similar items as seen by examining the seller's feedback page, and by avoiding inexperienced sellers, sellers with patterns of negative feedback indicating serious problems, or sellers with large gaps in the selling history or recent drastic changes of seller behavior.

Million thanks, will try your sollutions.
I do not see ask eBay to step in in the "more actions" menu. Seller added tracking after I opened the case but it doesnt even show it has been shipped. All bubbles are empty, I paid by credit card and the automated chat says my payment method is unilegible for money back. Lost at this

I would suggest contacting eBay via social media direct message. You should be able to find out if you are still eligible for a money back guarantee, or, if not, why not.
If eBay is unable to help or if you have waited too long for help from eBay, you may still have recourse through your credit card, but you should try to exhaust all eBay options first before resorting to that.

I have contacted them through X, but unfortunately they say 30 days passed after the "estimated" date of delivery, but problem is that there was no estimated delivery date due to a unknown or even non existent 3rd party shipper used by the seller, so I am not sure how could I have known that those 30 days have already passed and how they calculated the start of the period. In short, I got scammed for nearly 700 bucks absolutely legally. Makes me really sad that scamming nowadays became a norm and that these 30 day rules let the seller get away, because I dont think that 10, 20 or 30 days should be the main issue here, it doesnt change the fact that I paid for an item I havent received, using a credit card which is claimed to be a covered payment method.
P.S. its still showing not even in transit both at the purchase page and the not received request page, only that a tracking number has been added. thats it

The estimated delivery is shown in the order details at the time of your purchase.
If you have waited too long to get help from eBay, contact your card issuer directly to see how to proceed using your credit card's protection.
