EBay deny my claim for replacement of my product that I have bought saying that the seller gave delivery details that it was delivered well it was delivered and sat on our porch while we were at work when we got home there was no package giving it time for someone to either pick it up or take it off our porch anything but they're denying my claim for a replacement I never asked for a refund I just wanted to replacement of the RC car for my son's birthday I'm a hard-working citizen and I feel like this was wrong decision made by eBay I try to put an appeal in and they said that I could not appeal the decision when any of us know when those packages are put on our porch and we don't know any thing about it what time is going to get there or anything it leaves it open for thieves to take things or something to happen to where we never received that package the policy with the eBay and Amazon companies is that when that happens they are to give us a replacement or a refund because dropping the package off on our doorstep like that not putting it in our hands we are taking a 50/50 chance of it being there and not being there well I don't have the money to waste the pandemic has been hard on me and my family and I really need help from the community on this topic because there are more victims out there that should not have to lose their money or repay for an item that they already pay for it that they're dropping off on our porches on our doorsteps without us receiving it in our hands therefore leaving it open for thieves or anyone else to take our package and then tell us that we are responsible for it in that we don't get a return of money or replacement that's not right I really need help from the community on this one all I want is a replacement of the RC car for my son thank you sincerely valued customer of eBay
