I purchased an item as a guest. The only thing I can do to get any help with this order or to check the status of this order is to create an account, which I have done. Unfortunately, because I didn't check out through my account, nothing I can search (order number, item number) returns my purchase. This item was supposed to have been here 3 weeks ago and, from what I can see from my email, this item has not even shipped yet. I would like to get someone on the phone who can figure out how I can contact the seller and/or get a refund.
Ideally it would be great to get a phone number where a live person will answer. Alternatively, a chat session with a live person (not a computer) who can actually find my order.
Any suggestions gratefully accepted.

@trejo-662827 Log out of your eBay account and then use the guest account email to file the refund request.
You can request to have the guest account email sent again from this page:
Or you can contact customer service and ask them to file the case for you.

If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media.
If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back
2. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
