Item not Received

I ordered an item a chaise lounge and only received a CD that I did not order and have been getting the runaround from the seller.  At this point I would like to received my $292.08.  Want to let everyone know this is not right when they receive your money and you do not receive the merchandise and I have the verification where I did not receive the lounge and they are saying the investigation is closed but it should not be if I have not received the merchandise or my money through Ebay from tdapropriver.  You should be ashamed of how you're handling business because I order through Ebay but not anymore.  I'm going to continue to fight for my hard earned money.  I want everyone to know about this transaction.

When received the wrong item, did you file the Return Request according to Ebay's 30 day Money Back Guarantee for buyers?

been sending messages since April 2024 about not receiving the item but they debited the money replaced it back and took it out of my account again and now saying the item was delivered and the investigation is closed.

It sounds like you mistakenly filed a Refund Request/Item Not Received instead of correctly filing a Return Request due to "wrong item received".

You can try filing a dispute through Paypal if you used Paypal or contact your payment source.
