Item never arrived and has disappeared from order history.

I placed and paid for an item which didn’t arrive. When I went to contact the seller, the entire transaction has disappeared. I can’t get help from eBay because the item isn’t coming up when it says choose the item you haven’t received.  I have the confirmation email with the order number and item number but don’t know how to contact eBay for help. Has anyone had this happen to them and how do you contact eBay without the link from the item?

Since you have the order number and item number, you can contact Ebay to have them help you file a Refund Request.
