Item from China clears US Customs but not moving?

I bought a small electronic cable adapter from a seller in China.

Seller provided a tracking number, and then FLYT provided an additional different tracking number.

I think the first tracking number is on my package, and the second is the one for the large shipping container it was placed in with a zillion other small packages.

Both tracking numbers show the same status:

FLYT tracking shows it arrived in USA, then Entered Customs, then Departed Customs a week ago with no further updates.

I put the tracking number into USPS thinking it had been transferred to USPS but it says tracking number does not exist.

Does anyone know how long it is currently taking for items from China to get into USPS after it clears customs?

I am aware that "Deliveries From China May Be Delayed", but I thought the delay would be in customs and the tracking shows it has cleared customs.
