I purchased some Calm magnesium supplement, but before I paid I asked the seller if it had been opened. The seller said no, it was unused and unopened, so I completed the purchase. I received the package today, and when I opened the package, powder came out. The package had been opened, the seal removed, the cap put into the envelope, and then all sealed up and shipped to me! Apparently it was leaking powder, because USPS put the package in a plastic bag!
This is the strangest thing I've ever experienced with ebay, this seller should have their account closed. My question is, how do I make a complaint? Should I file a police report? I don't know if this is just spilled product or if there has been something else mixed in! Very strange!!
