eBay removed a listing I had for a stock system for Ruger 10/22. Here's what they said:
You listed a part that we've identified as intended for use with a firearm that eBay considers to be an assault weapon. We appreciate that you chose to utilize our site, but we must ask that you please not relist in this case.
A Ruger 10/22 is not an assault weapon. It is the top selling .22 rimfire rifle in the world. There are currently two other listings on eBay for the same item. I'd like to appeal this action by eBay and list the item with the correct wording so as not to get cancelled. Can anyone help? There is no way to reply to their message and I cannot find a way to communicate with eBay about this subject. Thank you.
