Item Sold / 0 Quantity.. But It Hasn't Sold. Need Help.

Hi, my item is showing "sold" and a quantity of 0 when I try to revise the listing, but it has not sold. I'm not sure what's happening, can anyone assist?

Nevermind.. someone did end up buying it immediately after listing and the "SOLD" notification hadn't gone through yet.

Hi @jaytee3312 

Actually it is showing that you Sold it.  What is happening on the listing is your Out of stock setting is turned ON meaning eBay shows YOU the listing expecting you to increase the Quantity above 0 ... it is NOT visible to the public until you do that.

You can turn the out of stock feature OFF on this page:  Selling preferences

It is in the Multi-quantity listings section of that page.

here is your Sold item, note the dollar amount is shown in green
